Reservation Policy
Check-In time is 12 noon and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travelers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods. The needs to be cleared separately.
Breakfast timings are 7:30 – 10:30 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made • 15 days prior to date of arrival, 100 % of total bill will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Cancellation of any confirmed booking prior
to 15 days from the date of booking will be charged 25%.
CHILD POLICY
• Children belo w 6 years of age are allo wed to stay with parents without extra bed on complimentary basis.
• Children between 5-12 years without bed will have to pay 20 % of the double occupancy rate.
ADDITIONAL BED
• For additional bed 40 % extra.
• Not more than 3 adult with an extra bed and 1 infant per room is allo wed.
• Single rooms will cost 10 % less on the price of double.
PAYMENT, TAX AND CREDITS
• Reservation can be do ne on e-mail and phone,
but the confirmation will be given only after
receiving a minimum 25% total amount in advance.
• 25% advance required for confirmed booking.
• 100% of the payment to be cleared before checking out. We don’t entertain credit request.
• Rate are inclusive of GST, we strictly do n’t entertain non-GST bill request.
